The Elie Saab Pre-Fall Line Works with Multiple Themes and Decades

The Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2015 collection offers an eclectic mixture of fantasy and folk themes. The upscale label did so with an assortment of modern motifs, seen in futuristic fur coats and geometric prints lining the fronts of floor-length gowns.

Fur, lace and flares abound this Elie Saab line. The pieces deliver these touches via oversize hats, thick collars and puffy shawls, instantly garnering the attention of shoppers looking to make waves come Fall 2015.

While sleek, current elements are at the fore of this line, it also works with retro motifs. Displayed via its current lookbook are 1980s-style caps, long aristocratic coats and wide legged bell bottoms reminiscent of the 1970s. Evidently, several decades and styles of dress were consulted.
