It appears we haven't seen the last of the infamous Dumb Donald hat (from the hit 70's cartoon 'Fat Albert.') I'm not exactly sure what the benefit of this full-coverage hat would provide--that is, unless you have chronic bed head, an aversion to sunlight, or a really ugly face.
