Drako Motors Teases New Electric Sedan Dubbed the Dragon

Drako Motors, an electric vehicle startup based in Silicon Valley, first unveiled its GTE electric super sedan in 2019. The $1.25 million vehicle was said to pack 1,200 hp and intended to pose a direct challenge to Tesla and Lucid, both of which, since then, have released their own much more modestly priced electric sedans.
While auto enthusiasts patiently awaited the launch of Drako's supercharged sedan, the vehicle never made its 2021 release date. Now, it appears the company has returned to the drawing board to rework the model, giving it a new name, the Dragon. The company has officially released a range of teaser images of the Dragon with the plan to reveal the complete concept in January 2022.
So far, Drako has confirmed that the new vehicle will come with increased torque and an upgraded 90-kilowatt-hour, 450-volt battery that will deliver 200 miles of range with moderate driving.
