The Dover Esplanade by Tonkin Liu Cost £2 million
If all waterfronts looked as gorgeous as the new Dover Esplanade, people will all be rushing to these sites to enjoy the sand, water and sun. A £2 million project in Kent, England, it was partly funded by Sea Change.
The Dover Esplanade is made up of three parts: Lifting Wave, Resting Wave and Light Wave. Designed by Tonkin Liu, this Dover Esplanade concept was the winner in a design competition organized by the Landscape Institute.
