The Donut Folding Bicycle project proves that the concept of a worthwhile retractable two-wheeler can be a reality. Sure, most fold-up bikes can be effectively manipulated into more compact objects, but few boast the superior close-packed quality of this design.

You can actually carry Arvind M.'s contraption with you since the final product is neither too heavy nor too awkward. Several simple steps enable the user to tuck away his ride's wheels, pedals, seat and handlebars so that every component fits snugly within the circular frame of the quirky little pushbike.

One part that does protrude slightly is a small handle on the top of the Donut Folding Bicycle. This feature enables you to easily carry it to the bike path before opening it up, jumping on and taking off. Stats for Disc-Stowed Two-Wheelers Trending: Older & Buzzing
