One pet adoption organization decided to take a different approach when it came to promoting their dog rescue services. Bay Tree Rescue, which is located in Cyprus, enlisted the help of photographer Stuart Holroyd, who glamorized their wards so that they were too irresistible to ignore. By doing so, they were able to give dog rescue concept a different face.

From spectacular backdrops to endearing poses with packed luggage and small hats, the dog rescue photography was created to boost pet adoption first and foremost. Holroyd says, "The current stray dog situation in Cyprus is very bad. Animal cruelty in Cyprus is at an all-time high. Dogs are being dumped, beaten and tortured for absolutely no reason other than amusement. Cyprus has no animal cruelty laws so almost every day a beaten or abandoned dog is left on her doorstep."
