At the Hotel Monaco in Alexandria, Virginia, happy hour has truly gone to the dogs. Their legendary Doggie Happy Hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 PM until 8 PM is a social opportunity for man and his best friend. Complimentary gourmet dog treats and fresh water is served to pooches, while their owners can dine on regional American cuisine. The Doggie Happy Hour features a full event calendar featuring themed costume nights like the Howloween Costume Contest, where owners and pets are encouraged to dress up and are judged in four different categories.
