The Diamove from David Damshek is Penny Farthing-Inspired

The Penny-Farthing bike is coming back in a big way thanks to the Diamove from David Damshek. The Diamove is a concept bike that boasts both front-wheel drive and folding capabilities for easy storage and portability.

The unique look of the Diamove from David Damshek is designed to give you better posture while riding, shifting weight off the hands and feet and onto the pelvis. The Diamove also folds up into an unicycle-like form that, as far as I know, cannot be used for additional riding--that is, assuming you aren't an expert unicyclist.

Retro seems to be the flavor of the week when it comes to design, so it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see the Diamove or a bike like it go mainstream. Stats for Front-Wheel Drive Folding Bikes Trending: Older & Warm
