The Music-Toucher is a concept ballet shoe. This dance shoe’s sole is equipped with a vibrating module that will register musical rhythms and transfer them as rhythmic vibrations to a dancer’s feet. The module should be flexible and comfortable so as not to impede the dancer.

The designers Heng Fengchi, Wang Xiaofei, Wang Lijue, Zhou Hongjie, and Gao Shan Shan imagine that the underfoot vibration will help deaf dancers respond in-time to their musical accompaniment.
