Joy's Dark Chocolate Dipped Sugar Cones are easy to make and will moreover add detail and spunk to any dinner table. Basic store bought waffles are dipped into melted chocolate and topped off with ground pistachios, cocoa bits and sprinkles here, making for a rather colorful display.
