A public service advertisement in Turkey, which is actually a cut out cop car parked along side the highway behind a billboard became an effective road safety precaution for drivers who see it. From a far, it seems a real cop car making someone slow down which enables them to read the billboard.  "To ad insult to injury, it then becomes apparent that the cop car is a fake cut out. Advertising bastardry at its best."
