Hamburger Cakes - The Whopper Wedding Burger

Fast food junkies, Tom and Kerry Watts, celebrated their marriage with their dream wedding cake - a 42 pound, half a meter wide hamburger.
The burger had to be cooked for three hours, and it required three chefs to lift it out of the oven before it could be put into the custom made bun. The bun alone weighed 5kg and staff had to use a saw to cut it in half. The contents of the burger included 12 iceberg lettuces, 30 tomatoes, 12 onions, 48 slices of dill pickle, 2kg of cheese, a litre of mayonnaise and a litre of ketchup.  We love burgers and thought it would be a bit of fun. It made the day even more special.
