Copenhagen Flames, a Danish esports organization, has partnered with Energive in order to tackle common misconceptions about the gaming industry and young children. By allowing prominent individuals to freely communicate their own experiences with gaming and esports, Copenhagen Flames and Energive hope to inform the general population of the benefits and potential career paths presented for those interested in games.
Particularly, Steffen Thomsen and Michael Hertz, the founder and CEO of Energive and Copenhagen Flames, will discuss how in their youth, when they had problems in school or felt misunderstood by adults, gaming and esports were their go-to activities.
