And you thought big hair was only for the ‘80s. The International Fantasy Hair Competition was held in Manchester New Hampshire and the first place winner (first in the gallery) was a huge hairstyle called the “Proud Peacock” by Kevin Carter from The Artistry of Hair in Farmington Hills, Mich.
