The Chocolate Chessboard by Key Design is based on an old Croatian legend. The Croatian king would play chess with the Italian king on the islands and the Croatian Coast would be the winning prize.

Chocolate Chess instead rewards the winner with a delectable treat—the opponent’s game pieces. The word ‘checkmate’ never sounded so delicious.
