The Chanel Pre-Fall 2012 Collection Features Breathtaking Hairpieces

Leave it to Karl Lagerfeld to put together the most stunning show of the season with the Chanel Pre-Fall 2012 collection. While Pre-Fall shows are currently in full swing, the Chanel show will surely be hard to beat (as it always is).

Inspired by traditional Indian-wear, the models wore intricately beautiful headpieces that added a touch of whimsy to the already theatrical show. The runway show took place at the Grand Palais in Paris, where guests were served champagne, guava juice, tea, and miniature cakes and sandwiches.

The Chanel Pre-Fall 2012 collection was influenced by the jewels, colors, and fabrics of India, and models sported funky dreadlock hairstyles and nose rings.

This is one show that definitely makes Pre-Fall seem just as special as any other season.
