Chair Wear started out as a bit of a joke, but almost anyone can appreciate the actual practical value of these eccentric pieces. The Bernotat&Co designers came up with several quirky costumes intended specifically to cover seats, either improving or enhancing their existing features.

The Hoodini fits over a backrest and provides a generous head covering that can be worn for privacy or comfort. When it's slung backwards, it becomes a handy pocket. The quilted Pique-Pocket is reminiscent of a giant oven mitt or an apron, offering little pouches for the stashing of this and that. The Chair Wear series includes many other unique removable upholstery options that provide storage, cushioning and a delightful way to dress up drab pieces.
