 Salt Lake City Center Lofts The first container building in the U.S. is planned for downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The development was designed by Adam Kalkin and will be called city Center Lofts. The ultra-modern totally green condo building will have eight units and an art gallery on the ground floor. It will be built with 50% recycled content, have a green roof, on-demand hot water and lots of natural light and ventilation.
