One of their homes, which is located in Water Mill, New York, is available for a mere $400,000 US. The 10,000-square-foot mansion features six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and a heated pool. The Hiltons bought the property in 1999 for $2.385 million dollars. The home however, is rumored to be in sub-standard condition.  The home is located conveniently near Southampton Village and has deeded ocean access.
