With an impeccable eye for composition and lighting, Cecilia Austin implements a hipster-glam vibe that is a pretty prevalent theme in photography right now. Having grown up in the Philippines as well as lived in Brussels, Belgium, she probably takes a lot of inspiration from her travels.
