 Mother Earth by Jane Wegner Mother Earth Care-Toons are a series of illustrations by Jane Wagner with a message on the environment. They’re quirky, cheeky and very clever! The text below an illustration of bears says, “Don’t say anything to Gore—but if you ask me, An Inconvenient Truth it’s a f—kin’ understatement.” Another is an image of fish in murky, acid green water that says, “The Bad News: We’ve got more pond scum.
