English artist Patianne Stevenson has devised a series of “sculptures” of desserts from a very different ingredient: Cardboard.

This is a totally brilliant concept of great-looking calorie-free treats. Stevenson’s ‘Cardboard Kitchen’ proves that sometimes desserts are good to just look at and not eat. All of these creations are available from Etsy. It is all recycled cardboard too, so despite being dull in physical color, each piece is very green.

I never ever thought I would say this, but the celery is amazing.

Welcome to the cardboard kitchen, where everything is made out of recycled material. It's lo-cal, and earth friendly! All items prepared in the cardboard kitchen include a list of ingredients. It's interesting to see where your recycled food originated. I choose the cardboard for each piece by carefully studying the color, texture, and surface variations. And since cardboard is a rigid material, it can be quite challenging to form it into organic shapes. (translate.google)
