To help New Yorkers beat sweltering summer temperatures, Cantina Rooftop has created a massive watermelon margarita. While a supersized margarita sounds impressive enough on its own, this cocktail is making headlines because it's served inside an actual hollowed-out watermelon.

Cantina Rooftop is a New York City restaurant that is no stranger to oversized food. The restaurant is currently serving up a 14-pound taco that can be filled with your choice of chicken, beef, or pork, and all the other fixings. As for the watermelon margarita, the cocktail starts with a hollowed-out watermelon, which is then filled with puréed watermelon, tequila, simple syrup, and a bit of lemon juice.

You can get your hands on both the giant taco and the massive margarita as part of Cantina Rooftop's current 'Big Wednesdays' promotion.
