Callebaut NXT Features a 100% Plant-Based Recipe

The Callebaut NXT range is being launched by the Barry Callebaut-owned brand as a new lineup of plant-based chocolate products that are specifically targeted towards chefs and artisans alike.

The product features a 100% plant-based recipe that comes in dark and milky options that are guaranteed by the brand to be free from any trace of dairy without any compromising when it comes to taste or indulgence. The products are also reported to be allergen-free, nut-free, rich in fiber and free from artificial flavorings, additives and colors.
