Buy a European Car, Take an Expenses Paid Euro Road Trip (VIDEO)
[Edit]
European car makers are now offering European Delivery Programs (EDP) allowing buyers in the US to pick up their new wheels in the country their cars were made. Customers can then take a European road trip before the manufacturer ships their car back home.
The Rendon famly of Arlington, Texas recently took part in the Saab EDP. Picking up their new car in Sweden came with loads of incentives: a $2000 travel allowance, a ride from the airport to their free first night hotel, a three course dinner, and a ride to pick up the car the next day.
What’s more, they avoided dealer charges, customs fees, and wharf clearance fees.
Other manufacturers offering EDPs include Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volvo.
