A Playboy Burton Collaboration

Melt the snow with this collaboration between Burton and Playboy, who have joined forces to create the Burton Love Series snowboards that will hit the slopes at the end of 2008. These ‘love boards’ are guaranteed to impress some as much as they distress others. From a quick straw poll of those around me, it is apparent that you will either love them or hate them, but it is still clearly another example of why the snowboarders carry more street cred than their skiing rivals.

The fashion on the slopes is governed by the ‘boarders’ and as this season will ends, it is this and the many other fashionable design like it that will surely be in high demand for the snow-blow. Technical details? Well as yet unreleased, but it would not require a genius to suggest that the customers for these Love Series snowboards will not have technical specifications ranked highly among their reasons for purchase.
