The 'Bread Palette' project was developed by Japanese designer Ryohei Yoshiyuki to encourage people to bring more art into their lives by experimenting with colors, flavors and textures on bread. The Bread Palette bakes into a loaf with a hole all the way through. Each slice contains a thumbhole, transforming regular toast into an artist's tool for mixing colors.

Bread Palette users are meant to mix and match jellies, jams and spreads to play with color and flavor. It allows people to incorporate play into their lives. The Bread Palette certainly promises to make your morning toast a little more artistic.
