Perkins is Serving Up Boston Cream Pie Pancakes for a Limited Time

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is already a beloved breakfast destination and now you have even more reasons to go because the chain is serving up a new 'Bakery Inspired Breakfasts' menu that includes irresistible offerings like Boston Cream Pie Pancakes and Pecan Pie Crepes.
Perkins is well known for its bakery fare, which is why the chain has decided to combine its’ “best of the best” and create an all-new Bakery Inspired Breakfasts menu. Developed by Director of R&D and Executive Chef LaTonya Morris, the new menu includes size sweet new options to try. One of the standouts is the new Boston Cream Pie Pancakes dish, which consists of three buttermilk pancakes layered with Bavarian cream, and topped with a rich combination of milk chocolate icing, whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry. Another highlight is the new Sticky Bun Waffle, which features a made-from-scratch Belgian Waffle topped with a crunchy combo of pecans and brown sugar cinnamon glaze.
