'Boompi' is a new dating app that allows users to get a second opinion on their potential match by letting friends comment on private conversations. While many apps have introduced features that aim to make online dating a more pleasant experience, this app has sought to turn the process into a social experience for women.

Boompi features a Tinder-style interface that allows users to swipe yes or no on potential matches. If both users indicate interest, the app will then open up a private chat line. However, what sets Boompi apart from similar dating apps is that female users can actually invite their friends to view and secretly comment on private conversations. The app also features a 'Ghost Mode' that allows women to opt out of the location-based search option.

The idea behind the eavesdropping feature is to make male users more accountable for the actions online and to ultimately foster more positive interactions overall.
