The Biggest Loser has inspired thousands of people in North America and beyond to shed major pounds through various techniques, from exercise to dieting, to motivation and discipline attained by weight-loss journaling. The first three images in the gallery show the Biggest Loser weight loss altered composition journal which was created by Etsy user TeriBears. “Use this to note which foods you eat (or do without-oh my) to help in your ‘Biggest Loser’ experience. I use mine for before and after progress and it helps me to keep on track and I can also tell when I have been cheating…shh..don’t tell,” TeriBears says.
