The Beyonce Diet is Based Around the 22 Days Nutrition Challenge

The Beyonce Diet is no longer something a person wishes they could get their hands on, it's now a vegan meal plan that can be delivered to a their home. Inspired by the 22 Days Nutrition challenge Queen B undertook a couple of year ago, the length of the meal plan is based on the idea that it takes 21 days to break or make habits.

By only eating plant-based foods, the Beyonce Diet works to cleanse the body in as healthy a way as possible. In a statement, the singer says, "I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example.[...] He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can." Will the Beyonce Diet be the next Goop?
