Nasty Food Pranks - Beware the Chocolate Chip Donuts

A few eighth grade students from Holtsville, NY, USA, got the jump on pulling April Fool pranks on classmates when they put laxatives in donuts and handed them out to students. Police and parents were called when the laxatives took effect. The school district said that “appropriate disciplinary action” would be taken against the perpetrators.
There were no apparent injuries, although ambulances were dispatched to the Sequoya Middle School as a precaution, a spokeswoman for the Sachem School District said.
"Approximately 18 students ate the doughnuts," the district said in a statement. "Although the students are feeling well, the school is taking precautionary measures."
