The transformed kitchen by Liza Lou is one of the most inventive beaded artwork creations ever, as it takes the viewer to a different world. Dominated by millions of tiny glass beads, the kitchen installation is incredibly inventive and is truly an expansive project.

In order to get to the finished product, Lou had to first build an entire life-sized kitchen sculpture and then hand glue every single tiny bead to the surfaces within it. With over 30 million beads, one can imagine how much determination and persistence this beaded artwork took to make. At five years to finish the entire thing, this piece definitely holds its place as one of the most astounding works of art I've ever seen. Stats for Bead-Covered Kitchens Trending: Older & Mild
