Smokers can put their head and both arms through the holes to smoke away while they bum still stays toasty warm indoors.

The owner says it was originally supposed to be a joke, but now a lot of patrons actually use it to have a cigarette!

Calling them butt holes is obvious, would be interesting to see the rear view.
