AYANEO, the Shenzhen-based handheld manufacturer with a large number of handheld PCs and Android-based devices in its portfolio, recently released more information on its upcoming 'AYANEO Flip' clamshell device. This is a 7840U-powered handheld PC, similar to its AYANEO Air 1S or AYANEO 2S. However, the unique aspect of the Flip is that it features a fold-out screen with a hinge that protects the screen when it is not in use. Additionally, the Flip will have two separate models.
The first model is titled the AYANEO Flip KB, with the KB standing for Keyboard. This model features a compact built-in keyboard on the lower half of the frame, which is helpful for navigating windows, typing, inputting passwords, and using hotkeys. The second variation is the AYANEO Flip DS, which features a small second screen on the bottom half of the device.
