The 'WHOOP' is an athletic performance monitoring system that can be worn by athletes so that they can become more educated on topics regarding their health.

In order to retrieve data, the device uses "complex metrics like skin conductivity and accelerometry, to analyze the body throughout the day." With this, the athletic performance monitor is able to predict future results, given that it already understands how an athlete's body reacts to certain activities at different times of the day. In addition to offering data on physical activity, the wearable tracks sleep patterns and rest days so that athletes can know when they perform best and why.

As the WHOOP is meant to be worn at all times for these reasons, it has a sleek and comfortable design that doesn't detract from the wearer's personal sense of style. In addition, its polyurethane fabric and aluminum clasp makes it durable and easy to remove when necessary.
