Iconic fashion designer Rick Owens continues his streak of unconventional collaborations, this time teaming up with luxury Australian skincare brand Aesop to launch a new collection, which includes a co-branded cement candle dubbed the 'Aromatique Candle.'
In addition, Owens and Aesop will release a hair and body care Travel Kit featuring a Classic Shampoo, Classic Conditioner, Resolute Hydrating Body Balm, and Coriander Seed Body Cleanser. Elsewhere, in a three-way collaboration, Owens, Aesop, and luxury perfume brand Barnabé Fillion have crafted a new scent called 'Stoic Eau de Toilette,' which merges Coriander Seed, Black Pepper, Patchouli, Frankincense, and other woody notes.
Owens announced the exciting new partnership via Instagram, stating: "I LIKE TO THINK THAT WE BOTH SHARE A DESIRE TO BE AN OPTION FOR THOSE PURSUING A GENTLE, CAREFULLY CONSIDERED LIFE. MY DESIGNS MIGHT BE CONSIDERED BOLD BUT THE FOUNDATION IS ONE OF BENEVOLENCE."
