French-Style Cashew Cheeses

RIND's ALPINE SVVISS Captures the Rich, Savory Essence of Swiss Cheese

ALPINE SVVISS is a new cashew-based, vegan-friendly cheese alternative from RIND by Dina & Joshua, and it's an aged, French-style product that adds richness, depth, and savory flavor to charcuterie boards, sandwiches, salads, and more. Co-founder Dina DiCenso says, “We’ve long wanted to create a vegan cheese that captures the distinctive flavor of Swiss, and our ALPINE SVVISS does just that."

Like other innovative cheese alternatives in RIND's lineup, ALPINE SVVISS is gluten-free, cholesterol-free, and certified Kosher Pareve, raising the bar for plant-based cheeses by authentically capturing the taste of beloved artisanal flavors.

At the Specialty Food Association 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show, RIND by Dina & Joshua will be sampling its newest artisanal plant-based cheese at its booth and within the SFA First Taste Experience food hall.
