Appearing as though she’s prepared to both star and dance in a Def Leppard video instead of a cover shoot for Allure Magazine, Taylor Swift is seen sporting a frizzy hairdo that rivals any 80’s video vixen. The 19-year-old country pop tart’s naturally wavy locks were teased to perfection by stylist Serge Normant using his fingers, volumizer and a smoothing serum. To me, Swift looks like a glammed-up vampire due to her pale face, dark red lipstick and crimson top. It’s definitely a hot look for a night out on the town.  Allure stylist Serge Normant spritzed volumizer at her roots and rubbed a silicone smoothing serum through the rest. He created random spirals throughout with a curling iron, then separated her curls with his fingers. "I wanted it to look loose and lived-in, like second-day hair," Normant says. Mission accomplished.
