Lurve's Alien-Inspired Fashion Brings the Jungle into the Dark

When one pictures a fashion editorial stationed in the jungle the most common image portrayed is bright, fun clothes; however Lurve's alien-inspired fashion has brought the bush into the dark.

Using black and white photography means there is no color expressed, except for the varying tones of gray. Model Grace Mahary's ethereal yet tough look is the perfect companion for the setting, and for the theme 'Alien Flower.' Stationed in the heart of the jungle, Mahary is in elaborate clothes that contrast her basic hair and makeup. Although the colors and the distinct details of her outfits are not shown, through the intricate work, it is easy to tell that they are stunningly complicated Rodarte pieces. Photographer Elle Muliarchyk was able to bring together amazing photography and translate it into an exciting editorial spread. This alien-inspired fashion editorial is an exciting change from all the typical nature spreads. Stats for Monochromatic Nature Editorials Trending: Older & Mild
