Drone cameras are a great way to get sweeping aerial shots, but for those who don't have the requisite funds, the AER is a perfect alternative -- assuming the consumer has a decent arm. The device, which can carry GoPros, is shaped like a Nerf football, with a dart-like tail that adds stability and distance when it's thrown.

The AER itself is just a housing, meaning that consumers will need to have their own GoPros to use it. It's somewhat adaptable, accepting the GoPro 3+, 4, or 5. Once connected, consumers can safely toss the AER in any direction and onto any surface, and its foam casing will keep their GoPros safe from any damage.

The AER is even buoyant, so it can be thrown over water without any fear of losing the camera.
