The magical powers of blue/red 3D glasses never cease to amaze me.  How DO those things make a movie stand off the screen?

This season designers remember the magic, and blue/red combos are turning up everywhere from the runways, concert promotional posters, to Men’s emo t-shirts. The color combination alone evokes memories from the past. 

Since the creative world is always looking for a new way to make life interesting, blue/red 3D effects are exactly a way to add a new angle.  For example, back in February, Trendhunter told you about the world’s first 3D music video by Missy Elliott that requires 3D glasses.  What an innovative way to involve her fans.  We all know attention spans are running low these days so a 3D element may hold someone’s wandering eye.
