Shelby SuperCars is known for making fast production cars. They consistently break their own records. The Ultimate Aero for 2009 is the newest in a long line of supercars out of the Shelby stable. Shelby SuperCars engineering has released the horsepower to crowd 1,300, which should push the top end to 270 mph.

The SSC Ultimate Aero is an engineering marvel with a one piece billet aluminum engine block. Carbon air intakes on the side increase the airflow by 20% to give the air gulping fuel system the life it needs. The aggressive nose keeps the front end close to the ground for improved aerodynamics and improved handling.
