"Best Toilet" Awards - Nashville's Hermitage Hotel Wins 2008 Honor (GALLERY)

The Hermitage Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee has been selected as the Best Restroom for 2008 by the readers (what?) of BestRestroom.com. Releasing the chocolate hostages in a hostile environment can be earth shaking. At some point in time, everyone has this very private experience in a public restroom. Sometimes you can be scarred for life. Other times, you find the experience so pleasant you want to share it with the world. These ten public restrooms are such places. From a luxury artsy fartsy loo to a real truck stop john, these are America’s finest. Forever in peace may they wave.  In one recent survey, more than 75% of respondents said they would not return to a restaurant if the restrooms were not well kept.
In the face of statistics like this, we felt it was worth giving credit where credit is due.
