The 20 Facts About the World infographic begins with the premise of "if the world were a village of a 100" and examines the planet through that prism. The infographic covers eneregy, freedom, gender and education amongst its 20 facts.
What I find particularly appealing about the 20 Facts About the World infographic is that the information is easily communicated through the visual and texts. The strength of the infogrpahic rests in its ability to communicate in numbers that are comprehendible; I can't really understand what 1 billion is but I have an intuitive sense of what 1 hundred is.
One stat that jumped out was children born in comparison to children that will die. The premise of 1 hundred people makes it easy to understand the world that humans operate in.
