Alicia Keys and Stephen Colbert collaborated on an original version of the hit song ‘Empire State of Mind.’ Colbert performed/rapped one original verse of the duet Keys normally sings with rapper Jay-Z and it was actually quite impressive.
The Alicia Keys and Stephen Colbert duet took place on the December 15th, 2009 episode of The Colbert Report, on which Keys was a guest.
