MySpace has been an incredible exposure tool for budding talent in search of representation, and Alicia Keys has taken notice. The R&B songstress is using the social networking site to do virtual casting calls for backup singers and dancers. Auditions are done via Alicia’s MySpace page.

Qualifying candidates must be 21-30 years old and have great vocal and dance talents. In addition, they have to have the appearance of a star, or as the site put it, they “must be physically fit.”

The main image is of Alicia’s April 21 performance on the “Today Show” in New York. The video shows an extremely talented singer auditioning.
