The Washa|Part Wall Mounted Washing Machine Efficiently Saves Space
Nikki Taylor — October 18, 2012 — Art & Design
Buse Üstün and Fulya Pekserbes designed a concept idea for wall mounted washing machine known as the Washa|Part.
The objective of the futuristic machine is to save space while displaying personality. As an added bonus, it strives to be more energy efficient by using less water to power it. The Washa|part uses steam to pre-wash, wash and dry items of clothing. The machine comes with a colored circular module that serves as a dirty clothes hamper. Once the module is full of close, it is unhinged from the wall and rested inside of the machine to be cleaned by the generators.
The Washa|Part wall mounted washing machine is an ideal product for dorm rooms or small compact apartments where saving space is of great concern.
