You'll think twice about shoving that spoonful of ice cream into your mouth after you watch this Toxic Fat PSA. Part of Australia's LiveLighter public education campaign, the Toxic Fat PSA is not for the faint of heart.

In the ad, a guy opens up his fridge for a slice of pizza and the video begins to display some very detailed, gruesome footage of his internal organs. The footage highlights the fat that is taking over his heart and insides, while the voice-over says, "Fat doesn't just build up around your waist, it builds up around your vital organs." The ad goes on to explain that this kind of "toxic fat" -- different from the fat that builds up near the skin -- is what leads to heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Time to put down that hot dog!
