For those who aren't familiar with Atwood's novel, the ferocious pigs that Mat Roff depicts are called Pigoons, bio-engineered pigs that are bred in order to provide proper organs for human transplants. Without giving away too much of the story, it becomes apparent through Roff's drawings that the situation doesn't quite go according to plan.
